What services can TM offer to your company?

As a professional and specialized company, TM can offer all the tasks required for the following services:

What are the Incoming Trips?

It's the kind of tourism that welcomes any group of different requirements and needs. TM Organizador will be the responsible of managing and coordinate all the agents involved in the organization, communication and reception of visiting groups, in order to get all the expected results.

Why is it necessary TM, as a company professional & specialized in Business Meetings, to organize your meeting or trip?

One of the main reasons to organize these meetings is to show a professional image of our company to the final client. So, it is very important to consider all the details and have a good idea of the meeting design.

So, this is why in TM, we offer you our experience and professional knowledge to help you out arranging all the services required, in order to show an outstanding image among the rest of the companies in the specific field.

Why should I outsource my services?

Whilst a company or member of staff would have to give up doing their usual work tasks to arrange such an event, TM has the capacity to manage the tasks in a much quicker way. This allows the company to maintain its daily productivity whilst TM takes care of optimising the costs. Even if only a few hours per week are needed, outsourcing the administrative/marketing tasks simplifies the costs and the workload for the company or organisation.

Will the services that TM offer excessively increase the cost of the task?

No. Whilst, for the company, the costs in productivity would decrease if they have to find and coordinate all the different elements of the trip or meeting, using TM would minimise the total price and the company would gain in image, time, and productivity and, of course, reduce their overall costs.

Can the program for companions be designed to the client's personal requests?

Absolutely. In fact, all the programs are designed according to each client's profile, needs and possibilities, which we establish through a study previously conducted on the group. We will usually offer several proposals to the client to ensure that we are creating a unique and personalised program for them.
